Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, including the grading certificate, inside a secure shipping package.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item to verify its condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
